Anastasiya Boikova, OTR

Anastasiya Boikova, OTR, is a compassionate and highly skilled Occupational Therapist and MNRI Core Specialist, with a particular focus on mental health, autism, transcranial magnetic stimulation (TMS), Magnetic Resonance Therapy (MeRT), and Masgutova Neurosensorimotor Reflex Integration (MNRI®) techniques.

Anastasiya is also the founder and owner of Wholesome Therapy Center, a brain wellness, MeRT, autism and brain injury center in Boca Raton, Florida. 

Her passion is to help people and provide a one-of-a-kind holistic therapy that produces optimization of neurodevelopment. She has experience working with all ages, treating many individuals and conditions.

In 2014, Anastasiya graduated with a Master's in Occupational Therapy from Barry University in Miami Shores, Florida.

In 2017, she came across the MNRI method and realized it was a missing link in her traditional therapy practice.

Since 2017, Anastasiya has completed over 1,000 hours of MNRI training.  MNRI method integrates and re-patterns our primitive reflexes to improve neurologic function and open new pathways for cognitive, behavioral, and physical development.

In addition to her education, Anastasiya has completed training in Sensory Integration, Interactive Metronome, and Holistic Life Coaching. 

She educates her clients about the latest research on the crucial role of reflexes in human development, family involvement, and nutritional wellness. She also offers private therapy sessions to help individuals reach their full potential and improve physical, emotional, social, academic, and cognitive skills.  

In 2022, Anastasiya partnered with Dr. Anya Temer, who has treated thousands of patients, to bring this exciting MeRT technology to Boca Raton, FL. 

Brain health is a very personal and important mission for me.  I have been looking for the key to unlock the door to help children and adults. I transitioned into MNRI reflex integration method that helps thousands of children after I found out that traditional therapy does not work. MNRI method is great, it requires  discipline from parents and time to integrate primary reflexes.

In 2022, Anastasiya was fascinated by the story and improvment of her family member who underwent 8 weeks MeRT treatment. This resonated within her and she started to learn about MeRT after having a 10-year fulfilling career as OT. She found another key to help many individuals and families.
